Chicken Bacon Ranch Pizza

Ingredients

  • 2 ¼ tsp active dry yeast
  • 1 tsp sugar
  • ¾ cup warm water
  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 2 boneless chicken breasts
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1 cup cooked bacon, crumbled
  • 1 cup mozzarella cheese
  • ½ cup cheddar cheese
  • ½ cup ranch dressing
  • 1 tbsp fresh parsley (optional)

Instructions

  • Activate yeast: Combine warm water, sugar, and yeast. Let sit for 5 minutes.
  • Make dough: Mix flour, olive oil, salt, and yeast mixture. Knead until smooth. Let rise for 1-2 hours.
  • Cook chicken: Season chicken, cook in olive oil until done. Slice into pieces.
  • Cook bacon: Fry bacon until crispy, crumble.
  • Assemble pizza: Preheat oven to 475°F. Roll dough, spread ranch, top with chicken, bacon, and cheese.
  • Bake: Bake for 10-12 minutes or until golden and bubbly.

Notes

  • You can substitute store-bought dough or chicken for quicker prep.
  • Ranch can be added before or after cooking, depending on preference.
