Chicken Caesar Salad

Ingredients

  • 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 4 cups Romaine lettuce
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 cup croutons
  • 1/2 cup Caesar dressing
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  • Season chicken with salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
  • Heat olive oil in a pan and cook chicken for 6-7 minutes on each side until golden and cooked through.
  • Let chicken rest, then slice into strips.
  • Toss Romaine lettuce, Parmesan, and croutons in a bowl.
  • Top with sliced chicken and drizzle with Caesar dressing. Toss gently and serve!

  • Use grilled chicken for extra flavor.
