Ingredients

  • 3 cups cooked, chopped chicken (rotisserie works great)
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tbsp Dijon mustard
  • 2 stalks celery, finely chopped
  • 1/2 cup red grapes, halved
  • 1/3 cup sliced almonds (toasted, optional)
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  • Cook and chop the chicken if not using rotisserie.
  • In a bowl, mix chicken, mayo, mustard, lemon juice, salt, and pepper.
  • Add celery, grapes, and almonds, folding gently.
  • Chill for 1 hour (optional) before serving.

Notes
