- 3 cups cooked, chopped chicken (rotisserie works great)
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 2 tbsp Dijon mustard
- 2 stalks celery, finely chopped
- 1/2 cup red grapes, halved
- 1/3 cup sliced almonds (toasted, optional)
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Cook and chop the chicken if not using rotisserie.
- In a bowl, mix chicken, mayo, mustard, lemon juice, salt, and pepper.
- Add celery, grapes, and almonds, folding gently.
- Chill for 1 hour (optional) before serving.
Notes
- ustomize with hard-boiled eggs, pickles, or curry powder for variation.
- Make ahead and store in the fridge for up to 3 days.
