- Shrimp, veggies (bell peppers, broccoli, etc.),
- soy sauce,
- garlic
- ginger
- sesame oil
- cornstarch
- and optional garnishes (green onions, sesame seeds).
- Prep shrimp and chop veggies.
- Make the sauce by mixing soy sauce, garlic, ginger, and cornstarch.
- Stir-fry shrimp, set aside.
- Stir-fry veggies, return shrimp, and toss with sauce until coated.
- Serve hot, garnished as desired.
