Shrimp Stir Fry Recipe

Ingredients

  1. Shrimp, veggies (bell peppers, broccoli, etc.),
  2. soy sauce,
  3. garlic
  4. ginger
  5. sesame oil
  6. cornstarch
  7. and optional garnishes (green onions, sesame seeds).

Instructions

  • Prep shrimp and chop veggies.
  • Make the sauce by mixing soy sauce, garlic, ginger, and cornstarch.
  • Stir-fry shrimp, set aside.
  • Stir-fry veggies, return shrimp, and toss with sauce until coated.
  • Serve hot, garnished as desired.
